Obituary of Thomas Sharpe

Thomas M. Sharpe Age 50. Passed away Saturday, November 17, 2007 at Silver Cross Hospital, following a courageous battle with Lou Gehrig's disease. Born February 9, 1957 in Joliet and a lifelong area resident. Worked for Alumax in Morris for over 17 years, and later for Multi Plastics in Romeoville for 10 years. He was a member of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus Council #382, and was a friend of Bill W. for over 21 years. Survived by his mother, Carol (nee Comerford) Sharpe; brothers, Howard W. (Rebecca) Sharpe, Jr., and Robert J. Sharpe; sisters, Janet M. Baker, Nancy M. (Mark) Wingate, Diane C. (Bruce) Meyer and Karen A. (David) Gonzalez; nieces and nephews, Warren and Marti Baker; Andrew and Margaret Wingate; Stephen, Lisa and Carolyn Meyer; Stacey and D. Alexander Gonzalez; and one great-nephew, Benjamin Baker. Preceded in death by his father, Howard W. Sharpe. Funeral Services for Thomas M. Sharpe will be Saturday, November 24, 2007 at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church, 18 Woodlawn Avenue, Joliet where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
