Beverly J. Silverman
Age 68. Passed away peacefully Saturday, August 11, 2007 at the Joliet Area Community Hospice Home ending a life filled with humor, friends and family. Beverly now begins a new life, reunited with those who left this world before her including her parents, Frank Sr. and Cecilia Silverman; her brothers, Frank Jr. (Patricia), Richard, Robert (Ruth) and Douglas (Sandy) Silverman; infant twin sisters, Bonnie and Connie.
Survived by her sister, Virginia (Charles) Henry; her brother, Ronald (Paula) Silverman; longtime friend and devoted caregiver, Bernie McMahel; numerous nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Beverly was a lifelong resident of Joliet. Retired from National Cleaners where she was employed for many years. Beverly brought joy and laughter to all she touched, always maintaining her quick wit, outstanding sense of humor and love for friends and family. Beverly's final request was that her passing not be mourned, but rather that her friends and family come together to celebrate life.
Funeral services for Beverly J. Silverman will be Wednesday August 15, 2007, 11:30 a.m. at the funeral home chapel. Fr. Michael Lane officiating. Interment Elmhurst Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials in her name to the Church of St. Jude Building Fund, Joliet Area Community Hospice or Will County Humane Society would be appreciated. Visitation Tuesday 4-8 p.m. at:
