Obituary of Barbara Simon

Simon, Barbara A. (nee Radomski) Age 100. Peacefully, passed away Sunday, October 14, 2012. Born in Lemont, she was a lifelong resident. Member of St. Bernard Catholic Church. Survived by her daughter, Sandra (Alvin) Tibble of Joliet, son-in-law, James Stollings of Kenosha, WI; nine grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her husband, Howard C. Simon (2009); three daughters, Harriett (Buford) Boothe, Jacqueline (Elbert) Stollings and Patricia Stollings; parents, Walter and Mary Ann (nee Felcyn) Radomski; and numerous brothers and sisters. The family would like to thank Rosewood Care Center and Vitas Hospice for their loving care. Funeral Services for Barbara A. Simon will be Wednesday, October 17, 2012 at 10:15 a.m. from the funeral home to St. Bernard Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Interment Woodlawn Memorial Park.
