Obituary of Ernest Black

Black, Ernest W. "Pops" Age 70. At rest Sunday March 18, 2012 at his late residence. Born in Joliet to the late Ernest A. and Madeline (Coder) Black, he was a lifelong resident. Member of Teamsters Union Local #179. Ernest was and avid pool player. Survived by his loving daughter, Renee (Robert) Sanders of Joliet, his son Mark A. Black of Houston, TX; five grandchildren, Stephen M. Miller Jr., David L. Miller, Jeffrey M. Black, Timothy Black and Richard Black; one great-grandson, Gage D. Miller; numerous nieces and nephews also survive. Preceded by his wife, Linda (Crisp) Black (2001); his parents, his daughter Wendee M. Miller; grandson, Jacob Ernest Miller; one sister Rosemary Richards; one twin brother, Edward H. Black. Funeral Services for Ernest W. Black will be Wednesday, March 21, 2012, 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home chapel. Private interment Elmhurst Cemetery. Visitation Wednesday 6-8 p.m. at: FRED C.
