A.L. Smolka "Adzy" Age 90, of Morris and formerly of Chicago. Retired member of Local # 73 Sheet Metal Workers. Beloved husband of 68 years to Jean (Kutkowski); father of Barry (Juanita) and Cynthia "Sis" (Robert Sr.) Mitchell; Poppy to Barry Jr. (Michelle), Pamela (Jeff) Jackson and Robert Jr. (Tina) Mitchell; great-grandfather of ten; brother of the late Leo, Michael, Rudy and Angeline and uncle to many nieces and nephews. Funeral services for A. L. Smolka will be Saturday, July 30, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. from the funeral home chapel to St. Patrick Catholic Church, Seneca, for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Cremation rites will be accorded following Mass, with inurnment at Resurrection Cemetery, Justice at a later date.
