Obituary of Patricia Snyder

Patricia Marilyn Snyder Age 70. Passed away peacefully Friday, February 8, 2008 at the Joliet Area Community Hospice Home. Born on July 1, 1937 in Joliet to the late Albert J. Sr. and Olga (nee Kocolowski) Snyder. A lifetime parishioner of St. Patrick Catholic Church. Retired after thirty years of service from Illinois Bell, and had most recently worked as office manager for the Rev. James N. Watzke, Ph.D. of the Notre Dame Family Center. Lifetime member of the Telecom Pioneers. Patricia was a very giving, kind person who enjoyed life and entertaining her family and friends. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She was the loving sister of Albert J. Snyder, Jr., Arlette (Lawrence) Seppi, James Snyder, Mary (Richard) Butler, and Steven (Virginia) Snyder of Omaha, NB; cherished aunt of Christina (James) Frattini, Andrea (Tony) Pfieffer, Andrew (Kathleen) Seppi, Elizabeth Butler, Caroline Butler, Joseph Snyder and Daniel Snyder; beloved great-aunt of Nicolas, Samuel and Jonathan Frattini, and Brooke Seppi; and niece of Edna Snyder. Numerous cousins and many dear friends also survive. Funeral Services for Patricia Snyder will be Wednesday, February 13, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. from the funeral home chapel to St. Patrick's Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Interment Resurrection Cemetery, Romeoville. In lieu of flowers, memorials in her name to St. Patrick's Catholic Church or Joliet Area Community Hospice would be appreciated.
