Obituary of Elaine Spiewak

Elaine M. Spiewak (nee Domikaitis) Age 72, of Morris, and formerly of Calumet Park, passed away at home, Sunday, August 17, 2008 surrounded by her loving family. She was Activity Director for Calumet Township Senior Center over 20 years. Surviving are her children, Steve E. (Cheryl) Spiewak, Debra (Thomas) Faron, Timothy (Cindy Kavis) Spiewak, Thomas (Laurie Philgren) Spiewak, and Susan (Jeffrey) Cohen; three brothers, Stanley (Rhoda) Domikaitis, John (Pat) Domikaitis, and Robert (Ann) Domikaitis; one sister, Mary Ellen Bloom; her grandchildren, Karen (Jay) Ruffner, Fredrick Spiewak, Mark (Heather) Faron, Kelly (Eric) Croegaert, April (Sajay) Kanapilly, Andrea Cohen, Jeffrey Philgren, Michael Faron, Ashley Philgren, Matthew Cohen, and Sarah Cohen; seven great-grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Delores Domikaitis; and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded by her husband, Stephen Edward Spiewak (1984); son, Gerald Lee Spiewak (1986); one brother, Thomas Domikaitis; and her parents, Stanley and Thelma (nee Cox) Domikaitis. Funeral services for Elaine Spiewak will be Thursday, August 21, 2008 at 9:15 a.m. from the funeral home chapel to Immaculate Conception Catholic Church for Mass at 10:00 a.m. Interment Mt.
