Obituary of Christine Tomczak

Christine J. Tomczak (nee Shishkoff) Age 73. Monday, October 31, 2011 at Adventist Bolingbrook Hospital. Born in Chicago, formerly of Cicero and Woodridge, living in Romeoville the past 12 years. Retired from Village IV Organization. Past president of Woodridge Lions Club and Woodridge Special Events Committee. Loving sister of John (Edith) Shishkoff of Worth and Paul (Jackie) Shishkoff of Romeoville; Devoted aunt of Paul, Brett, Ray (Liz), Stacey, Laura, John (Julie) and Jean Shishkoff. Preceded by her husband, Leonard Tomczak (1993); her mother, Gladys (Dombrowski) Shishkoff and one sister, Pat (Jim) Barnes. Funeral services Friday, November 4, 2011, 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home chapel. As it was Christine's request, her remains will be donated to the Anatomical Gift Association of Illinois to furter medical research. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Lions Club of Woodridge, IL or the American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
