Obituary of Theresa Ulis

Theresa M. Ulis (nee Kachinski) Age 82. Friday, May 13, 2011 at Silver Cross Hospital. Born in Chicago on July 8, 1928 she was a long time Chicago area resident before relocating to Joliet in 1999. Preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Bernard "Barney" Ulis (2001); parents, Andrew and Mary (nee Trucinski) Kachinski; one brother, John Kash; three sisters, Eleanor Surbur, Harriet Strazdas and Louise Drozd Jiminez. Survived by her children, Mary Joyce (Terry) Wickart of Holland, MI, Joseph Ulis, and Donna (Peter) Chinderle of Joliet; grandchildren, Christopher Wickart, Traci (Nicholas) Mitchell, Sarah and Alex Volante; four great-grandchildren; two sisters-in-law, Mary Ann Kash of Chicago Ridge and Valaria Gallon of Carrollton, OH. Funeral Services for Theresa M. Ulis will be Monday, May 16, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black Rd., Joliet. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery.
