Carl E. Vandergriff Age 59. At rest Saturday, December 31, 2011. Born in Paducah, Ky. Raised in Chicago, IL returning to Paducah 20 years ago. Survived by his four daughters, Lisa Vandergriff of Joliet, IL, Selena Simons of Minooka, IL, Jennifer Kennedy of Chicago, IL and Julie Claybrook of Vieanna, IL; one sister, Kathy Milarg of Romeoville, IL; three brothers, Clint of Chicago, IL, James of Paducah, KY and Jeff Vandergriff of Justice, IL; 12 grandchildren, Joshua, Conlan, Zachary, Jenna, Brianna, Caitlin, Hannah Evan, Mariah, Devin, Tye and Haley; four nephews, James Fairchild, Tom Mackovitch, Jeremy Vandergriff and Cory Vandergriff; six step-brothers, two step-sisters and his girlfriend, Elizabeth Cass. A memorial gathering to celebrate Carl's life will be Monday, January 9, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. at the home of James Vandergriff, 821 Koerner St., Paducah, KY 42003. Arrangements by: FRED C.
