Obituary of Fred Bogdan

Fred A. Bogdan Age 70. Passed away Wednesday, May 7, 2008 at his late Joliet residence. Born March 3, 1938 in Chicago, to the late Peter Bogdan and the late Betty (nee Zydek) Cutrano, he has resided in Joliet the past 41 years. Retired from Graybar Electric. Previously employed at Englewood Electric. He enjoyed bowling but especially liked spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Loving husband of 51 years to Beverly A. (nee Marczenia) Bogdan; beloved father of Rick (Stephanie) Bogdan of Florida, Delaine (Jim) Menietti of Joliet, and Steve (Cheryl) Bogdan of Joliet; dear grandfather of Kylie, Keeghan, Samantha and Nicholas Bogdan, Jimmy (Anna), Kyle and Randi Menietti, and Noah, Jacob and Hannah Bogdan; great-grandpa to Rebecca and Caleb. Preceded in death by his infant daughter, Randi Marie, and his parents. Funeral services for Fred A. Bogdan will be Friday, May 9, 2008 at 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home chapel.
