Obituary of William Vogrin

Vogrin, William T. Age 77, a lifetime Joliet/Crest Hill resident, passed away peacefully, Wednesday, September 12, 2012. He was born January 7, 1935 to the late Cecelia M. (nee Ambrosch) and William T. Vogrin, Sr. Beloved father of Mark (Jill), Michele (Jay) Viamonte, the late Michael (2005), Mary Beth Cousins and Marcie (Tim) Clouse. Proud grandfather of Eric, Danny and Mitchell; Sela and Sara; Stacey, Andrew and Alec; Adria and Julian. Dear brother of Donald Vogrin and Donna Marie (Jim) Arnold. Many nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. He was preceded in death by his wife Janice (nee Garman) Vogrin, his son, and his parents. Bill retired from Illinois Bell in 1990 after many years of service. He was a US Navy Veteran and member of the Moran A.C. His hobbies included golf, bowling, fishing and playing cards. Funeral services for William T. Vogrin will be held Monday, September 17, 2012, 9:15 a.m. from the funeral home to St. Anne Catholic Church, Crest Hill , where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Interment St. Mary Nativity Catholic Cemetery.
