Obituary of Marjorie Vollmer

Vollmer, Marjorie R. (nee Wylie) Age 91. Passed away peacefully at the Joliet Area Community Hospice Home on Tuesday, November 13, 2012. Survived by her four children, Thomas (Bonnie) Vollmer, Joan (James) Werbick, David (Carol) Vollmer, Carol (Scott) Bates; loving grandmother of Jeffrey (Katherine) Werbick, Michael (April) Werbick, Scott (Bridget) Vollmer, Kevin (Julie) Vollmer, Brian (Rachel) Vollmer, Jason Vollmer, Andrew Bates, Emily Bates, Rudy (Stacy) Trizna, and Jason Trizna; eight great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. Vollmer; parents, Earl and Helen Wylie; stepdad William Wylie; sister Betty Wylie; in-laws, Emil and Gertrude Vollmer. Marjorie was born in Joliet and was a lifelong resident. Longtime member of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church. Funeral Services for Marjorie R. Vollmer will be Tuesday, November 20, 2012 at 9:15 a.m. from the funeral home to St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Interment Woodlawn Memorial Park.
