Lois A. Walsh
Passed away Saturday, June 28, 2008 at Our Lady of Angels Retirement Home. Born June 28, 1937 in Joliet, to Edward J. and Lucille (nee Murphy) Walsh. A lifelong member of the Cathedral of St. Raymond Nonnatus. Lois Place was named in her honor by her father. Lois will be dearly missed by her many friends and staff at Our Lady of Angels Retirement Home, where she resided the past six years and was involved in numerous activities.
Lois was a rare and wonderful mother and grandmother.
Surviving are children, Michael (Carrie) Baron, Patrick Baron, and Lois (Mark) Babich; eight grandchildren, Heather (Daniel) Lynch, Christopher, Jessica and Joy Baron, Lauren Baron, and Joseph, Michael and Bridget Babich; two great-grandchildren, Aubrey and Mason Lynch; and one brother, Edward L. Walsh.
Preceded by one son, Timothy Baron, her parents, and her children's father, Donald P. Baron.
Funeral Services for Lois Walsh will be Tuesday, July 1, 2008 at Our Lady of Angels Retirement Home, 1201 Wyoming Avenue, Joliet where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery, Manhattan, IL. Visitation at Our Lady of Angels on Monday, from 4-8 p.m. Arrangements by:
