Obituary of Stephen Walters

Stephen J. Walters "Frenchy" Age 61, passed away Saturday, April 16, 2011 at Provena Saint Joseph Medical Center. Steve is survived by his daughters, Misty (Ray) Parker of Humboldt, TN, and Krystal Walters of Phoenix, AZ; his father, Arthur Walters of Joliet; sister, Gretchen (Larry) Wells of St. Petersburg, FL; and his brother Joel (Jan) Walters of Channahon; also survived by his grandchildren, nieces, nephew, and friends. Preceded in death by his mother, Ruby Walters. Steve was born in Sioux Falls, SD, but spent most of his life in the Joliet area. He graduated from Joliet West High School. Steve recently retired from Kemlite, where he had worked for many years. Funeral Services for Steve Walters will be Thursday, April 21, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home chapel.
