Gregory T. Walther Age 44. Suddenly, Friday, December 18, 2009. Born in St. Louis, MO. Resident of Shorewood the past 7 years. Graduate of Benet Academy, Class of 1983. Member of Union Local #399. Greg was an outstanding husband and father, dedicating all of his time to his family and enjoyed coaching his son's soccer team this past year. Surviving is his loving wife of 14 years, Debbie (nee Dodd) Walther of Shorewood; three children, Jessica Bustamante, Allison and Jacob Walther; his granddaughter, Isabelle; father, Victor (Chris) Walther; mother, Patricia Walther; one sister, Cheryl (Chris) Dallos; two brothers, Robert (Laurel) and Rich (Leanna) Walther; son-in-law of Jack and Linda Dodd; brother-in-law to many. Gregory T. Walther will lie in state Wednesday, December 23, 2009 at the Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Saints, 655 Springfield Ave., Joliet from 9:30 a.m. until time of services at 10:00 a.m. Interment Woodlawn Memorial Park.
