Obituary of Mary Welch

Welch, Mary T. (nee Sieracki) Age 69. Friday, August 24, 2012 at her late residence in Channahon. Preceded in death by her daughter, Lynne Anne Lyke (2011); parents, Vincent and Theresa (nee Gerat) Sieracki; one brother, William Sieracki. Survived by her husband, Richard J. Welch of Channahon; one daughter, Gwen Shawmeker; grandson, Brett Shawmeker; her sister, Rose (David) White of California; two brothers, James (Margo) and Joseph (Jane) Sieracki; and several nieces, nephews and dear friends. The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to the ALS Foundation, Unity Hospice and the physicians of the University of Chicago, Dr. Raymond Roos, Dr. Steven White, and Dr. Carol Semrod for all their kind and compassionate care. Funeral Services for Mary T. Welch will be Tuesday, August 28, 2012 at 9:15 a.m. from the funeral home to St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church for a Memorial Mass at 10:00 a.m. Inurnment to follow in the columbarium at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery.
