Obituary of Cartha Wille

Cartha Jewell Wille (nee Stone) Age 92. Entered into eternal life on Monday, March 10, 2008 with her family by her side. Born December 29, 1915 in Ira, MO to the late Oscar and Mary Ellen (Bench) Stone. She was a 49 year member of St. Peters Lutheran Church and also taught kindergarten there. Her greatest joy came from being with her family. Preceded in death by her first husband, Hartley Wren; one son, Donald; daughter, Beverly Wren Larson; second husband, Ryland Wille; beloved sisters, Ann and Wilma; brothers, Everett and Claude; and her parents. She was a loving and devoted mother to survivors Ruth (Robert) Sacco and Carol (Dan) Southcomb; cherished grandmother to Jill, Kyle (Tina), Ryan and Michael Southcomb; Melissa (Marc) Frisco, Melinda (Brian) Tracy, Michael (Iva) Pickler, Julie Ann (Doug) Clark, and Julie Lynn Wren; she was especially loved by her great-grandchildren, Meghan and Parker Tracy; and Mia Bella Frisco; great-grandchildren, Shaun, Angela, Stephanie, Brandon, Garrett and Wren survive; also one brother, L. W. (Ella) Stone of California; nieces and nephews; and one great-great-grandchild. Cartha Jewell Wille will Lie in State on Thursday, March 13, 2008 at St. Peter Lutheran Church, 310 N. Broadway, Joliet from 9:30 a.m. until time of services at 10:00 a.m. Interment Woodlawn Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials in her name to St. Peters Lutheran Church, Joliet Area Community Hospice or the Will County Humane Society would be appreciated. Visitation Wednesday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at: FRED C.
