Obituary of Jennie Wiora

Jennie Wiora (Huska) (nee Romanelli) Age 95. June 23, 2010 at Provena Villa Franciscan. Born in Chicago and a long time Elmhurst resident before relocating to Joliet in 2006. A graduate of St. Mary's High School in Chicago. Retired from Lovejoy of Downers Grove after many years of service. A member of the Cathedral of St. Raymond Nonnatus. Survived by one daughter, Judith (late Louis) Cosentino of Joliet; one son, William (Paula) Huska of Shorewood; one grandson, Michael (Laurie) Huska of Shorewood; two great-grandsons, Dylan Huska and Brett Hale; one sister, Mary (late Anthony) Manzella. Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. Preceded by her first husband, Emil Huska (1966); second husband, Leonard Wiora (1993); her parents, Gerardo and Teresa (nee Mequia) Romanelli; three brothers, Mario, Nazareth (Carmella) and Louis (Mary) Romanelli; two sisters, Josephine (Peter) Cortina and Antoinette (Peter) Vecchiollo . Funeral services for Jennie Wiora will be June 28,2010 at 9:15 a.m. from the funeral home chapel to the Cathedral of St. Raymond Nonnatus for a Mass of Christian burial to be celebrated at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials in her name to Joliet Area Community Hospice would be appreciated.
