Donald W. Worrell
Age 80. At rest Saturday June 9, 2007 at Provena Saint Joseph Medical Center. Born in DeKalb, IL to the late Charles and Hope (Culbertson) Worrell. A resident of Joliet since childhood. Graduate of Joliet Township High School Class of 1944. A WW II U.S. Navy Veteran. Retired from Commonwealth Edison in 1982. Member of Cantigny Post VFW #367 and the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge #300.
Surviving is his loving wife of 56 years, Lillian (Muren) Worrell of Joliet; One daughter, Lynn (Joe) Mikan of Lockport; One grandson, Tyler Mikan; Numerous In-laws, nieces and nephews also survive.
Preceded in death by his son, Thomas (1979); His parents; One brother, Charles Worrell.
Funeral services for Donald W. Worrell will be Wednesday June 13, 2007, 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home chapel. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery. Memorials in his name to the charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated. Visitation Tuesday 4-8 p.m. at:
