Zamudio, Hilda Y.
(nee Salazar)
Suddenly Friday, August 24, 2012 at Silver Cross Hospital as the result of complications during childbirth. Born in Mexico, she was a lifelong Joliet area resident. Employed by Drs. Jawich & Mulki under the management of Janice Kelm. Member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in New Lenox.
Surviving are her loving husband, Eddy Zamudio of Joliet; three children, Oscar and Alexis Godinez of Joliet, and newborn Noah Dominic Zamudio; her loving mother, Romy (Ruben) Herrera of Shorewood; one sister, Nancy Reyes of Plainfield; daughter-in-law of Rafael and Theresa Zamudio of New Lenox; sister-in-law of Angie (John) Buckley of Joliet and Hope (Jesse) Zamudio of Joliet; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews also survive.
Preceded in death by her brother, Eugenio Salazar Jr. (2000).
A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, August 30, 2012 at 4:30 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 720 Rowell Avenue, Joliet. Visitation for Hilda will immediately follow at the funeral home Thursday, August 30, 2012 from 6-9 p.m. As it was her request, Cremation Rites will be accorded following visitation. Arrangements by:
