Obituary of Jeremy Perez

Perez, Jeremy Michael Age 21. Suddenly Wednesday, December 12, 2012. Born in Joliet on September 24, 1991, he was a lifelong Joliet and Shorewood area resident. A graduate of Minooka High School Class of 2010. He had a Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing. He had been a member of the Joliet Jaguars Hockey Team and the Darian Huskies All State Hockey Team and St. Joe's Baseball Allstars. He was employed as a Supervisor in the cafeteria for Troy School District. Member of the Church of St. Jude. Preceded in death by his grandfather, Theodore Busking, Sr. Survived by his mother, Diane M. (nee Busking) Perez of Joliet; his father, Don Robert Perez of Aroma Park; his sister, Amy Perez of Joliet; grandmother, Barbara Busking of Romeoville; numerous aunts and uncles including Susan Busking of Joliet; uncles, Theodore Jr. (Tammie) Busking and Mark (Carol) Busking both of Romeoville; and several cousins also survive. A Memorial Service for Jeremy M. Perez will be held on Monday, December 17, 2012 at 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home chapel. As it was Jeremy's wish, Cremation Rites have been accorded.
