(nee Stotts) of 19 years; loving father of Anita (Ruben) Luna, Courtney Powers and Kristina Powers; mother, Kathleen (Lawrence) Scannell; siblings, Michael (Jeanette), Ann Marie (John) Gallo, Dennis (Michelle) and Patricia (Stano) Lio. Preceded in death by his father, Raymond Powers (2010). Funeral Services for Richard J. Powers will be Friday, January 4, 2013 at 9:15 a.m. from the funeral home to St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. Interment St. Mary Immaculate Cemetery.
