Obituary of Dorothy Hennessey

Hennessy, Dorothy L. (nee Hausser) Age 98. Passed away peacefully, Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at the Joliet Area Hospice Home. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Robert "Tony" Hennessy; sister Eleanore Gosselin and parents, Lawrence and Emily (nee Taylor) Hausser. She is survived by her sisters son, Stephen (Bonnie) Gosselin; numerous nieces, nephews; great and great-great nieces and nephews as well as her dear friend, JoAnn Nahas. Born in Joliet, IL October 1, 1914, she worked for Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company. She was beloved by all who knew her for her gracious and gentle nature. A private service will be held at a later date, with burial at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials in her name to Joliet Area Community Hospice would be appreciated.
