Obituary of Lottie Ciesla

Ciesla, Lottie C. (nee Niziolek) Age 86. Passed away Wednesday, January 3, 2013 at Presence Villa Franciscan. Born August 16, 1926 in Chicago to the late Victoria and Frank Niziolek. She resided in Chicago for many years and was a former Lombard resident for 10 years. She was employed for many years at Sunbeam appliance factory. Beloved mother of Thomas A. (Nancy S.) Ciesla; dear grandmother of Judy J. Ciesla, Timothy A. (Kerriann M.) Ciesla; proud great-grandmother of Casey, Caeley and Caitlyn Ciesla all of Shorewood; also survived by one brother, Frank (Dorothy) Niziolek; one sister-in-law, Marjorie Niziolek; and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her husband, Casimir J. "Casey"; one sister, Sophie (late Alex) Ogorzalek; three brothers, Walter, Theodore (late Betty) and Joseph Niziolek. Lottie was devoted to her family and she will always be remembered as a loving and kind person. The Ciesla Family would like to thank the staff at Presence Villa Franciscan for their outstanding care and compassion during Lottie's stay. Funeral Services for Lottie C. Ciesla will be Monday, January 7, 2013 at 9:15 a.m. from the funeral home chapel to St. Paul the Apostle for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. Cremation Rites will be accorded following the funeral Mass.
