Obituary of Diane Scott

Scott, Diane R. (nee Franck) Age 77. Passed away Friday, January 18, 2013 at Presence Saint Joseph Medical Center. Born April 28, 1935 in Joliet to the late Edward and Marcella (nee Thorn) Franck. Diane worked for many years at the Crystal Lawns Elementary School, and more recently at Cub Foods before her retirement. A longtime member of the Cantigny VFW Ladies Auxiliary #367, and a supporter of the Humane Society. She is survived by her daughter, Karen (Mike) Block; her sons Rick Scott and Mike (Colette) Scott; her grandchildren, Erik and Nicholas Block, Emma Scott, and Taylor and Reid Scott; and many loving friends and great neighbors, most especially her dear friend Lou Welz. As it was her wish, cremation rites for Diane will be accorded. Private family services to take place at a future date. For information: FRED C.
