Obituary of Sheri Stefanski

Sheri L. Stefanski (nee Henke) Age 43. Peacefully at her home with her family by her side following a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Chicago and a Joliet resident for the past 13 years. Survived by her loving husband of 13 years, Steven E. Stefanski and her beloved son, Jacob Stefanski, both of Joliet; her in-laws, Edward and Nikki Stefanski of Alsip; one sister-in-law, Sue Stefanski of Michigan City, IN; and her faithful canine companion, Misty. Funeral services for Sheri L. Stefanski will be Monday, February 11, 2013 at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black at Essington Rds., Joliet. Rev. George Klima will officiate. At it was Sheri's request, Cremation Rites will be accorded following funeral services. In lieu of flowers, donations to her son Jacob's future education or the American Brain Tumor Association in her memory would be appreciated. Visitation Monday 3-8 p.m at the funeral home.
