Obituary of Frances Partilla

Partilla, Frances V. (nee Crossett) Age 90, of Joliet, passed away Friday, March 1, 2013 at home with her family by her side. Frances was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who was devoted to her family. She was a God fearing woman and had a kind and gentle spirit. Her family will miss her saying, "I love you with all my heart. God be with you." Survived by her son, John (Candy) Partilla of Elwood; her daughter, Maria (John) Phillips of Joliet; three grandchildren, Shelly (Jim) Tozzi, Jamey (fiance Phil Koenig, and Katina (Jeffrey) Baudek; two great-grandchildren, Luca and Lily Tozzi; and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded by her beloved husband, Stephen L. Partilla ; a granddaughter, Stacy Partilla; her parents, John and May Blanche (nee Lowe) Crossett; one sister, Bernice Nichols; and one brother, John Crossett. The family would like to give special thanks to everyone on the Joliet Area Community Hospice Red Team, especially Margie, Sue, Tom and Dee. Funeral Services for Frances V. Partilla will be held Wednesday, March 6, 2013 at 9:15 a.m. from the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black at Essington Rds., Joliet to St. John the Baptist Catholic Church for Mass at 10:00 a.m. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery.
