Obituary of Kim Burgess

Kim A. Burgess (nee Novak) Age 47, passed away Monday, April 8, 2013 at Edward Hospital in Naperville, after a courageous battle against cancer. She was born in Chicago and raised in Berkeley and had resided in Plainfield the past 20 years, where she was formerly employed by District #202, Plainfield Schools. Beloved wife of Bruce; loving mother of Brendan and Caden; dearest daughter of Diane (nee DeSalvo) and Edward Novak; fond niece of Ron DeSalvo. As it was Kim's wish, Cremation Rites will be accorded. A Memorial visitation will take place on Thursday, April 11, 2013 from 4:00 p.m. until a prayer service begins at 8:00 p.m. at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black Rd., Joliet.
