Obituary of Michael Rorex

Michael R. Rorex, Sr., Age 57, of Plainfield, at rest Monday, April 15, 2013 at his late residence. Member of Matteson Lodge #175 AF&AM. He was Coordinator for Local 150 Operating Engineers Union training site, and was a member of the Operating Engineers Square Club and the Emerald Club. Survived by his wife of 26 years, Deborah M. (nee Grillo); daughter, Danielle Rorex; granddaughter, Gianna Rorex; brother, Dennis R. (Michelle) Populorum; two sisters, Kathy (Richard) Pilarski, and Jacqueline Mennghetti; uncle of many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents, Robert Rorex and Dorothy Simoulis. Funeral Services for Michael R. Rorex will be Monday, April 22, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black at Essington Rds., Joliet. Interment Woodlawn Memorial Park.
