Delores M. Alexander (nee Bowers) Age 62. At rest Thursday, April 18, 2013 at her home in Wilmington surrounded by her loving family. Delores is survived by her loving husband, Donald J. of 41 years; her devoted children, Rea Stokes, Robert (Cheryl) Alexander, Shawn (Mike) Van Gampler; grandmother of Charles Stokes, III., Alexis Stokes, Taylor Stokes, Casi Van Gampler, Nicole Van Gampler, Aleah Alexander, Trenton Stokes, Matthew Alexander, Brooke Van Gampler and Jacob Alexander; her twin sister, Diane Rapcan; sisters, Cynde (Bert) Abney, Patricia Choate and Catherine Nikou; aunt Mary Sholes; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. Preceded in death by her mother, Lucille Bowers; step-father, Paul Choate; sister, Pauletta Choate; grandmother, Gladys Nichols; and uncle, Franklin Bowers. Funeral Services for Delores M. Alexander will be Monday, April 22, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black at Essington Rds., Joliet. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery.
