Obituary of Mary Millweard

Mary B. Millweard (Jersey) Age 60, late of Park Ridge for the past 22 years, departed April 19, 2013 with her family at her side after a noble and valiant struggle with cancer. Born in Joliet May 15, 1952. Graduate of Saint Francis Academy and Northern Illinois University. Her successful career began with Illinois Bell, concluding with AT&T after 38 years from a managerial position. She retired due to health in 2012. She was a volunteer for Rainbow Hospice, board member of Park Ridge Fine Arts Society and Miseracordia contributor. Preceded in death by father, Chester Millweard; father-in-law, Raymond Jersey, Sr.; grandparents, Michael and Lucile Stephen. Survived by beloved husband, Russell Jersey; mother, Claire Louise Millweard; brothers, Michael (Josie) Millweard, Thomas (Cindy) Millweard and soul mate, sister and accomplice, LuAnn (Greg) Gornik; mother-in-law, Jeanette Jersey; sister-in-law of Gail (John) Bajkowski and Ray (Michelle) Jersey; beloved nieces and nephews, Michael (Alison), Timothy (friend Anna Gillian), and Lisa (fiance Noah Champene) Gornik; Christy and Thomas Millweard Jr.; Matt Katie Bajkowski; Dawn and James Jersey. Raynor Avenue, Joliet where family will receive friends and relatives from 10:30 a.m. until time of Mass.
