Obituary of William Sennett

William Fitzgerald Sennett, Sr. "Bill" Age 86. Passed away Tuesday, April 30, 2013 at Presence Saint Joseph Medical Center. Born September 14, 1926 in Joliet, he was a lifelong resident. A graduate of St. Raymond Grade School, Joliet Catholic High School Class of 1944, Michigan State University and the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. He was a United States WWII Air Force veteran, serving during the Korean War. Preceded in death by his parents, William Francis and Florence (nee Fitzgerald) Sennett; one brother, James Thomas Sennett. Survived by sons, William Fitzgerald (Paulina) Sennett, Jr. and Michael David Sennett; daughters, Mary Kathleen Fischer and J. Meagan Sennett; grandchildren, Callie Elizabeth Lund, Maria Elizabeth and Rachel Christina Sennett; Kolbe Fitzgerald Sennett. Funeral Services for William F. Sennett, Sr. will be Friday, May 3, 2013 at 10:15 a.m. from the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black Rd., Joliet to the Cathedral of St. Raymond Nonnatus for Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
