Theresa Ann Micetich
(nee Farmer) "Terri"
Age 41, of Joliet since 1988, passed suddenly Thursday, May 2, 2013 at Silver Cross Hospital. Born in Hammond, IN, where she was raised and graduated from Boone Grove High School. Terri received an associates degree from Joliet Junior College and a bachelors degree from City Vision College in Kansas City, MO.
Beloved mother of John C. Murphy, Joseph R. Murphy and David M. Micetich; loving daughter of David and Marilyn (Perzee) Farmer; dearest sister of David Jr. of AZ, Deborah Farmer and the late John Farmer; proud aunt of Matthew and Marilyn DiMonte and Caleb Stevenson; cherished niece of the late Melvin (Trudy) Perzee, Thomas (Janet) Perzee, John (Janet) Perzee, Sandra Perzee, Raymond (Maryann) Perzee, the late Ed (Christine) Farmer, Herschel (Elsie) Farmer, Faye (late Eugene) Mundy, Louis (Patricia) Farmer, Joseph (Kimberly) Farmer, Mary Story, Ruthie Farmer and Martha (late Donnie) Chambers; numerous cousins also survive.
Terri was the Director of Development at Morning Star Mission the past 10 years. A member of the Holly Club and V & A Society, she also enjoyed sewing and quilting.
Funeral Services for Terri Micetich will be Tuesday, May 7, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black at Essington Rds., Joliet. Rev. Jay Fernlund and Rev. David O'Dell officiating. Interment North Providence Ridge Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Theresa Micetich Memorial Fund (to benefit her sons future education needs) at First Midwest Bank would be appreciated.
