Obituary of John DiFrancesco

John DiFrancesco Age 68, of Wilmington since 1977, passed away Thursday, July 18, 2013 at Presence St. Joseph Medical Center with his family by his side. Born October 26, 1944 in Chicago, he was the son of Fred and Marguerite (McNabb) DiFrancesco. He was a U.S. Army veteran. John was the owner of DiFrancesco & Associates, a durable medical equipment distributor for many years, and also had his pilot's license. He is survived by his beloved wife, Connie (Beam) DiFrancesco; five daughters, Trudy DiFrancesco, Kimberly DiFrancesco, Donna Wallen, Victoria DiFrancesco and Anastasia DiFrancesco; his step-children, Jennifer (Dana) Mills, Amy (Pat) Filer, Serena (Thomas) Martin, Wendy (Steve) Edwards, William Wallen, Joyce (Josh) Kirby and Donald Wallen; his mother, Marguerite DiFrancesco; one brother, Fred DiFrancesco; one step-sister, Melissa Miller; and three nieces, Debra, Andrea and Amy. He was preceded by his father, Fred (1996); and two step-children, Michael and Angela. A Memorial Gathering for John DiFrancesco will be held Sunday, July 28, 2013 from 2-5 p.m. at the Fred C.
