My father was S.W.Wilkins, one of the original partners of Kruegel and Wilkins in Joliet. I remember when he told me that he and Mr. Kruegel were each choosing a junior partner. I believe that he chose Ernie Moore and Mr. Kruegel chose Mr. Healy. I did not know that his roots were in Herscher. I'm sorry to read of his recent death. In sharing your loss, I can only hope that he enjoyed that firm the years he was there as much as my father did. My sincere sympathy.
