Obituary of Edward Eagle

Edward P. Eagle "Chief" Age 76. At rest Thursday, January 9, 2014 at Riverside Medical Center in Kankakee. Born in Escanaba, MI, formerly of Joliet and living in Essex the past 19 years. Graduate of St. Patrick grade school and Joliet Catholic High School. Member of the Teamsters Union Local #179, the Oldsmobile Club and Las Rides Hearse Club. Survived by his son, Edward "Mike" (Crystal) Eagle of Essex; two grandchildren, Brandi (Fred) Jones of Wauconda, IL and Tabby Eagle of Braidwood; four great-grandchildren, Breeann, Libby, Morgan and Miranda; two sisters, Gina (Tom) Wilhelmi of Joliet and Mary Helen (Richard) Elbert; and numerous nieces and nephews also survive. Preceded by his wife, Barbara (nee Floyd) Eagle; parents, Patrick and Bernadette Eagle; and one brother, Robert P. Eagle. Funeral Services for Edward P. Eagle will be Sunday, January 12, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black at Essington Rds., Joliet. Private interment Elmhurst Cemetery.
