Obituary of Mary Wagner

Mary C. Wagner (nee Higgins) Age 70. At rest Tuesday, January 14, 2014 at the Joliet Area Community Hospice home surrounded by her loving family. Born March 2, 1943 in Evergreen Park, IL to the late John and Alice Higgins. Retired from School District 145 in Oak Forest as the school nurse with 39 years of service. Survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Clifford Wagner; children, Christine (Mike) Hetfleisch, Michael (Kris) Wagner, Cheryl (Bill) Hansen and Matthew (Lianne) Wagner; proud grandmother of Erin, Bryan, Haley, Jorie, Benjamin, Jillian, Allison, Ethan and Evan; and siblings, Jack (Mary) Higgins and Susan (Ron) Mensik. Preceded in death by her parents. Funeral Services for Mary C. Wagner will be held Friday, January 17, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. from the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black at Essington Rds., Joliet to Holy Family Catholic Church for 10:00 Mass. As it was Mary's request, Cremation Rites will be accorded after services.
