Obituary of Carmen Cacia

Carmen A. Cacia "Tom" Age 86. At rest Thursday, February 27, 2014 at Adventist Bolingbrook Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Born April 29, 1927 in Joliet to the late Thomas Cacia and Deliah (nee DiDemonic). Tom proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. A member of the American Legion Post #5. Survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Mary (nee Staver); one son, John (Elizabeth) Cacia; one daughter, Elizabeth Marie Cacia; grandfather of Michael Neal, Nicole Cacia, Erica Neal, Louis A. Cacia; and uncle of many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents; two daughters, Angie Cacia and Dede Cacia-Neal; one brother, Robert "Bob" Cacia; and two nephews, Robert Jr. and Wayne Cacia. Funeral Services for Tom Cacia will be Monday, March 3, 2014 at All Saints Greek Orthodox Church, 102 N. Broadway, Joliet at 9:30 a.m., with Fr. Stephen Bithos officiating. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery with full military honors under the auspices of the U.S. Army. Visitation Sunday at the Fred C.
