Obituary of Kathleen Perry

Kathleen A. "Katie" Perry (nee Markez) Age 52. Peacefully Monday, April 7, 2014 at the Joliet Area Community Hospice Home following a courageous battle with cancer with her family by her side. Born in Blue Island, IL, a resident of Dolton, IL and most recently a Channahon resident. Preceded by her parents, Paul and Joan (nee Johnson) Markez; and one brother, Philip Markez. Survived by her husband, Michael Perry; three sons, Christopher (fiancee, Amber Ouimette) Perry, Zachary and Jacob Perry, all of Channahon; one brother, John (Trudy) Markez of Crown Point, IN; one sister, Mary (Chuck) Agonis of Plainfield; and three nieces, Christine (Ken) Hardy, Samantha Agonis and Stephanie (Matthew) Schade. Funeral Services for Kathleen A. Perry will be Friday, April 11, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black at Essington Rds., Joliet, IL. Fr. Tom Conde officiating. As it was Kathleen's request, Cremation Rites will be accorded following her funeral services. In lieu of flowers, memorials in her name to Joliet Area Community Hospice would be appreciated.
