Lisa M. Coleman Age 33 of Chicago Heights, IL suddenly, at rest May 24, 2014. Lisa is survived by her loving brother; Patrick (Carlyn) Coleman, nephew; Jackson Coleman, grandparents; Frank and Marie Malfatti, aunt; Fran Smego and cousin; Michael Smego. Preceded in death by her mother; Laura Coleman (2000). A special thank you to Eddie Flores for being there with Lisa the last months of her life. Funeral Services for Lisa Coleman will be held Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at 10:00 A.M. at the funeral home chapel. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation Tuesday 3:00 to 8:00 P.M.
