Cherie I think of you often, and miss you still. Especially around the holidays you loved so much.

I am Bobbi (de Lucia) Vaillancourt's sister and have known Cher since she was in her teens and best friend of Bobbi.

I've met many of you altho, have not seen you for many years.

I was so very sorry to hear of Cher's death and, at the same time, glad that God, in his infinite wisdom, chose to bring

Cher home with Him and relieve her of her physical and mental sufferings.

Hopefully, soon you will all be able to replace your grief with loving memories of the many happy times you spent with

Cher. I will always remember Cher's almost constant smile and her crinkly eyes that made her smile seem even bigger.

To my cousin I send my prayers to God to watch over her. She was always sweet and kind and loving and forgiving. She would set a high bar for patience. She would always have a smile and something good to say.

Hey, Girl! Remembering all our great times together: high school dances, bowling, breakfast at "Three Brothers" in Homewood, our wonderful trip to California in '76, and just hanging out together. The other day, I wore 'turquoise" earrings in memory of your souvenir ring I accidentally dropped into your 7-up!! And, just yesterday, I heard one of the oldies songs that you liked, playing on the radio. I know you are here with us in spirit. So, I'm not missing you…you are with me all the time now! And, you are still the BEST friend EVER!
