Obituary of Anthony Hernandez

Anthony Guillermo Hernandez Age 16, of Plainfield, passed away suddenly on Sunday, July 13, 2014 in Joliet. Born November 8, 1997 in Melrose Park, he was the son of Edgar and Melissa (Vega) Hernandez. He was a student at Joliet West High School and a member of the wrestling team. Surviving are his loving parents of Plainfield; siblings, Edgar Jr., Crystal, Brandon and Dylan; grandparents, Jesus and Patricia Hernandez and Guillermo and Palmira Vega; aunts and uncles, Kristian (Carolynn) Hernandez, Paola Hernandez, Aldo (Leticia) Hernandez, Alex Hernandez, Guillermo (Nancy) Vega, Jr., Levid (Lisa) Vega, Alex Vega and Rosy Vega; and cousins. Funeral Services for Anthony Hernandez will be Saturday, July 19, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black at Essington Rds., Joliet. Interment Woodlawn Memorial Park.
