Obituary of Thomas Case

Thomas C. Case Age 47. At rest Thursday, June 18, 2009 at Provena Saint Joseph Medical Center. Born in Maywood, IL, he was a resident of Romeoville for five years before moving to Plainfield in 1996. A U.S. Navy veteran. Employed by Universal Oil Products, McCook. Tom enjoyed camping with family, and playing baseball with his son. Survived by his loving wife, Eva (nee West) Case; his son, Kyle, both of Plainfield; his mother, Shirley (nee Weibery) Case; two brothers, Richard (Teresa) Case and Paul Case all of Monument, CO; and several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his father, LeRoy Case (1998). Funeral Services for Thomas C. Case will be Tuesday, June 23, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home chapel.
