Robert Stanley Hadala "Stash" Age 73. Passed away Saturday, September 27, 2014 in Scottsdale, AZ. Born and raised in Joliet, IL. Graduate of St. Joseph's College, Class of 1962, with a bachelors degree in Accounting. Former owner of Hadala's Raynor Tap, Hadala's Financial Service, Beasley & Associates and The River Club. Prior to being self employed, Bob was employed at Bell & Howell, Booze Allen & Hamilton and Systema. Involved with St. Joseph's Little League, umpiring and Board of Directors for 25 years. An avid bowler, golfer and lifelong Cubs fan. Bob will be watching the Cubs win the World Series from above because it is "our" year! Survived by his wife of 48 years, Carol (nee Rachel); daughters, Ellen (Patrick) McGrady of Joliet and Julie of Scottsdale, AZ; sisters-in-law, Janet (Jake) Wentz and Margie Rachel of Mansfield, OH; cousins and family also include, John Macarek, Dale (Judy) Hadala, Suzie (Tom) Pasteris and Kathleen O'Reilly. Preceded in death by his parents, Stanley and Anna (nee Macarek) Hadala; and one brother, John J. Hadala (November, 2011). Funeral Services for Robert S. Hadala will be held on Saturday, October 4, 2014 at 9:15 a.m. at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black at Essington Rds., Joliet to Holy Cross Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
