Julia A. Haake

Age 82, a lifelong resident of Joliet, passed away Wednesday, October 1, 2014 at Presence Saint Joseph Medical Center. Member of the Church of St. Jude, Joliet.
Preceded in death by her husband, Joseph W. Haake (2013); son, David; granddaughter, Jennifer Haake; parents, Paul and Julia (nee Gujdan) Toth; and two sisters, Helen Sapp and Elizabeth Bick.
Survived by her children, Joseph (Marianne) Haake, Daniel (Ellen) Haake and Judith (Daniel) Matesi; grandchildren, Brett (Jamie) Haake, Lauren (Jason) Piechocinski, Landen Haake (Eric Johanson), Aaron Berk, Shanna (Rainer) Schmidt, Chad (Shannon) Matesi, Kristin Matesi, Jeffrey Matesi, Jason Haake, Ryan (Jessica) Haake and David Haake, Jr.; great-grandchildren, Kamryn and Katelyn Haake, Ryland and Layton Piechocinski, Madeline Matesi, and Collin and Caleb Haake; two sisters, Mary Jansen and Irene Miller; one brother, Paul (Bonnie) Toth; one daughter-in-law, Patricia Haake; and many nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral Services for Julia A. Haake will be held Saturday, October 4, 2014 at 9:15 a.m. from the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black at Essington Rd., Joliet to the Church of St. Jude for Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Entombment Woodlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
