Castillo, Daniel Jr. Age 51. Passed away Tuesday, May 29, 2012 at Westlake Hospital in Melrose Park, IL with his family by his side. Survived by his loving wife of 10 years, Michelle (nee Clark) Castillo; one son, Daniel (Alexandria) Castillo III; three grandchildren, Faith Castillo, Cynthia Castillo and Martiza Garcia; parents, Daniel and Rachel (nee Valencia) Castillo Sr.; his siblings, Rebecca (Michael) Borjas, Jorge (Stephanie) Castillo, Jose Manuel (Odilea) Castillo, Dora (Isreal) Carrillo, Javier (Kika) Castillo, Erin (Matt) Hertel and Bobby Castillo his father and mother-in-law, Roy and Judy Clark; sister-in-law Rhonda Ross and her family; brother-in-law Matt Clark and his family; and many nieces and nephews.
