Obituary of Angelo DiSera

Angelo F. DiSera Age 52. Suddenly, Saturday, October 11, 2014, following a lingering illness. Born August 25, 1962 in Joliet, where he was a lifelong resident. Graduate of Joliet Central High School Class of 1980. Formerly employed by Ivex Corp, and most recently a self-employed contractor. He was an avid music lover, who enjoyed playing his guitar. Surviving are his loving mother, Inivola DiSera of Joliet; siblings, Maria (Tom) Rehm of Humble, TX, Antoinette (Andrew) Shewmaker of Shorewood, Rosa (Martin) Zagar of Joliet, Sylvia (George) Formenti of Minooka, Maurino DiSera and James DiSera both of Joliet; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Preceded in death by his father, Rainiero DiSera (2004); two brothers, Ray (1997) and Rosario in infancy; and one sister, Airina in infancy. Funeral Services for Angelo F. DiSera will be Friday, October 17, 2014 at 9:15 a.m. from the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black at Essington Rd., Joliet to the Church of St. Anthony for Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. Interment Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
