Obituary of Ernestine Caudle

Ernestine Caudle September 19, 1915 - September 08, 2011 Ernestine Caudle, 95, of Huntsville, passed away Thursday. Mrs. Caudle was preceded in death by her husbands, George Gusich and Morgan L. Caudle; daughters, Mary Smith and Hope Davenport; sisters, Mildred Sweetwood and Ethel Mouser and brother, Arthur Keller. A resident of Huntsville since 1957, Mrs. Caudle was a member of First Baptist Church and the Women's Auxiliary Elks Lodge. She retired from Redstone Arsenal Missile Procurement and loved gardening and playing bingo. Survivors include daughter, Nancy Steiner of Huntsville; son, John Gusich of Huntsville; stepsons, James Caudle of Huntsville, Bill Caudle of Jacksonville, AL and Andrew Caudle of Madison, AL; twelve grandchildren and many great and great-great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, September 14, 2011 at Maple Hill Cemetery in Elwood.
