So saddened to hear about Pat's passing.
She was a wonderful person to fly with, she knew her job, inside and out...always professional, greeted passengers and her crew with a warm smile and enjoyed a good laugh.
Pat will be missed by her SWA family, we were all lucky to know her.
I loved flying with Pat! Her sense of humor and laugh would light up her whole face. When she would start laughing or giggling, I HAD to join in. A very sweet lady.
